Se proyecta a la orientaci?n educativa, acad?mica y profesional donde el docente acompa?a al estudiante en la construcci?n de su propio proyecto de vida: elaboraci?n basada en la reflexi?n sobre las razones, la pertinencia y adecuaci?n de las decisiones, los objetivos que se persiguen y el compromiso con las actividades que se realizaran para conseguirlo, es por ello que a trav?s de esta intervenci?n se presenta en este trabajo estrategias para poder ayudar a que los alumnos busquen llegar la madurez vocacional y poder crecer en el contexto elegido y teniendo la capacidad de un conocimiento cr?tico y a su vez tratar de asesorar a los estudiantes para que puedan tener una idea o enfocar su carrera profesional desde los primero a?os b?sicos de estudios en funci?n de sus capacidades y sus intereses abriendo un mar de posibilidades a trav?s de destrezas innovadoras que permitan alcanzar el ?xito deseado.
It is projected to educational, academic and professional guidance where the teacher accompanies the student in the construction of their own life project: elaboration based on the reflection on the reasons, the relevance and adequacy of the decisions, the objectives that are pursued and the commitment to the activities that will be carried out to achieve it, that is why through this intervention is presented in this work strategies to help students seek to reach vocational maturity and be able to grow in the chosen context and having the ability to critical knowledge and at the same time try to advise students so that they can have an idea or focus their professional career from the first basic years of studies according to their abilities and interests, opening a sea of possibilities through innovative skills that allow them to reach the desired success.
